The contract was set to expire April 28th, it is now April 29th and there is no news about him resigning so it looks like he may be done with WWE. I can only hope that he finds a job elsewhere, whether that is MMA or TNA, he needs to go somewhere and continue his legacy as the greatest wrestling announcer in history.

Imagine him in MMA, "FEDOR! FEDOR! FEDOR! BAH GAWD OH MIGHTY WHAT A KNOCKOUT!!! WHAT A SLOBBER KNOCKER OF A FIGHT WE'VE GOT HERE!"

J.R used to call Atlanta Falcon games. Football requires more knowledge to call than MMA, which is usually so slow paced. And if a pothead like Joe Rogan can call the sport, so can a man that has called wrestling and a real sport too.
