Talent Requests (JoW Paid) Breathe life into talent's personalities, deepen your interactions with them and add creativity and shape to your booking. How It Works Talent requests include 34 unique requests, each with multiple dialogs.
There is a chance for new requests to be added at the end of every month.
Talent will come talk to tell you about their requests.
You can choose to accept, decline or ask talent to change their requests.
Completing requests will raise morale, while failing them and declining them will lower it. Declining a request will lower morale slightly less than failing it.
Talent with high morale or the Loyal or Easy to Please traits can be asked to change requests once.
Talent requests will be shown in your dashboard.
Talent can talk to you after important requests are completed/failed.
Talent managers will gain XP for requests completed, and it will count towards tasks for the talent management facility.
Other Talent requests will be present in existing and new saves.
Talent requests are removed when a talent leaves the company.
Talent requests are not present in stories.
Talent requests can be turned off in sandbox mode.
