I prefer this too but I get why people don't lol I like switching companies after a few years in the same save after I feel I've accomplished what I wanted and a different job opens up

tbf most of my saves are just a few months in bc I'm terrible at keeping them up. I think I only have 2 over a year that I play semi regularly. The one I started with ZEN is like 4 years in now. I also have an sim save that's almost 4 years that I'm not even playing, just simming the world one day at a time and following it lol

steep learning curve at first too, turned me off for a bit. Then I discovered how much more fun I had booking small companies

Some saves I just book as owner, others i play as Booker and try and treat it like an RPG for my character, not necessarily making the best decisions but making the ones I think he'd make lol
