I actually have to disagree on this one. I agree it doesn’t need to return today because the boys don’t want it to, but Hogan scrapped it for the wrong reasons and the boys at the time hated it. There’s actually an interesting table for 3 when Sting was praising it and AJ was knocking him for it.

It was the Corgan era wrestlers who had been wrestling in the four sides when they randomly decided to bring six sides back that hated it so when Anthem bought Impact they listened and removed the ring.

The fans wanted it so it made sense in a sense, but they yo-yoed it too much and by the time Corgan was there, it was too late. Six sides are bygone era.

I stand by my opinion they should do one PPV/PLE a year with the six sides to appease those fans and call it a day. It would be a fun time. A good gimmick can make a PPV.

The entire discourse on Twitter when the TNA return announcement was first made was like almost 90% bring back six sides with it.

The six sides have never stopped being popular with the fans it’s just the wrestlers that have voted against it.
