This week we got to see some very good but also some bad matches. Willie Mack vs Trey was unexpectedly awesome considering that neither of the two wrestlers are getting any title shots - match of the night. Havok vs Alisha turned out to be very predictable and boring fight. Alisha was jobbed out and they made Havok look incredibly strong as always. The match had a lot of botches which were almost entirely coming from Alisha. But at least, after the match, there was an interesting angle between Ace Austin and Eddie Edwards. It ended with Edwards being chokeslammed by Havok.
Another interesting match was Crist vs Swan for the X Division title. It caused mixed reactions with Crist winning with a leverage pin after pushing the ref into Swan. It’s certainly a good storyline that OVE wins a lot of titles and thus I liked this ending - it didn’t suggest that Crist is better than Swan, but presented him as a super heel cheater who comes from a rebelious stable.

Awesome. She said that even though she’s new to the roster she won’t start from the bottom but main event right away. Next week she will fight for Knockouts championship against Taya Valkyre. I guess she will lose because if Taya wins she will become the longest reigning Knockouts champ in the history of the promotion, and that’s what Impact wants.

Well...the longest "single" reign is held by Taryn Terrell
at 279 days...but Gail Kim has held the belt for 711 days.

Not sure what Impact is hyping up with Taya?

Seriously though...I want Tenille vs. Rosemay for the Knockouts title ASAP!

I want Tanille vs Taya at Bound for Glory and until then heated rivalry. Maybe also add Rosemary to the whole story later and make a threeway match for the title on ppv.

And honestly I've never seen Taya's appeal personally. I
mean she looks good & can work...but I just don't "get her"

I honestly really like and respect Taya. She’s an excellent heel and knows how to cut a promo. Also, her matches are almost always above average. She’s a kind of a woman you can trust while putting a title on her long term, reminds me of Lita in a sense. Except she’s way better than Lita in-ring xd

And what are your thoughts on Jessica Havok? She’s quite good imo, something like Awesome Kong v.2

I completely disagree.

Lita is one of the most overrated female wrestlers ever.

She was always incredibly botchie & her moonsault always
looked like she was falling rather than flipping.

The visible thong & cleavage were nice though...& I think
most fans were "distracted" by those features instead of
seeing how talented she actually was.
