Every thing looks fine in the settings and I tested posting a image and it worked.

Yes, and the worked. But when i reveled the spoilers, it appeared as the screen shot above.

Think there's something wrong with the Spoiler BB Code, I'll try to get it all squared away.

Should work now, there was a problem with the BB code for spoiler, just make sure you wrap the IMG link code within the spoiler code.
