Alright lets say you had a chance to go to any time only once so pick wisely. What year would you go too and why is it?

If I had to pick I would pick the year about May or June of 1993 go to Canada and pretty much rid the world of one of Justin Bieber's parents so we'd never have to deal with him ever!
