Weekly "I Want A Match!" Thread

This is the Weekly Match Card Sign-Up thread, which will be linked at the end of each week's Results Thread. You will have from the moment the Results Thread goes up on Sunday night until I post the Match Card on Monday night to sign up. This thread will then be locked, and when the results thread goes up for that week, it will be cleared out and re-opened for the following week.

Moving on, if you do sign up for a match you will also be required to do a promo, otherwise you will receive a strike and will not be allowed to compete on the following week's show. As for signing up for matches, please use the format below.
