Hogan is such an idiot. Giving away things like this, no idea what TNA sees in him. He is a waste of money and doesn't bring anything to the product.

So everyone knew this already, but since Hogan confirmed it, he is the idiot?

Hogan goes back and forth with heel and face, anyways. I don't think he is an idiot for saying this....it is just to get hype. OMG HOGAN IS GONNA BE FACE!!! I doubt it was an 'accidental' slip or anything, it was to get people excited and interested in TNA again (or try to). It was suppose to be said to get people talking....

Well it was inevitable from the recent impacts, It doesn't interest me in the slightest anyway so im not really bovered. But i guess it is breaking one of the golden rules of wrestling, Would movie stars throw away the plot of an upcoming movie even if it may be obvious, No.

I still think Hogan is an idiot for revealing this. Yes he was bound to go back as face but you don't go out and let everyone know that you will be heel for the next few weeks and then will turn face. Why should anyone care what you say as a heel then when they know you are going to turn?

Yeah Hogan lets stuff slip out when he gets to talking. Might be the chair shots or just senility.

Hogan still has name value, and is instantly recognizable.

Hence the reason he always has a place in any company. If he wasn't in TNA, he would most likely be doing something with WWE. Same reason why Flair is there and the same thing would be done with him in WWE.

If TNA was smart they would try to get their name value to rub off on some of their guys, but they don't know how to do it properly since the Hogan and Flairs take center stage of the groups and should be used as the manager/sidekick of theguys they are trying to elevate. You know...........Like Evolution.

Actually I don't agree that Hogan does have that much name value anymore, don't get me wrong I respect what the guy has done in the business, and have no real problem with him, but I just think it has reached the stage where there is no suprise anymore, and the guy has just been over exposed. The decline started in late 90's in WCW, yes he was hot as Hollywood Hogan for awhile, but around about 98 time, his interviews were getting really boring, and they had just run out of fresh feuds for him, this is partly why the switched him face again. And that is what I am saying a little bit of Hogan goes along way, but if he sticks around too long, then fans just see him for what he is, a broken down old man, with a dated character. If you think about it that is why when he returned to WWF in 2002, because he hadn't been back in a decade, the fans reacted in a positive way when he returned, but after awhile they lose interest, and Hogan knows that too, that is partly why he didn't stay around too long.

Hogan didn't stay around too long, because the schedule they wanted him to do was too taxing on him.

If Hogan went to WWE today, he would get the biggest pop of the night and would continue to. Don't act like TNA has a fanbase that has casuals viewing it.

He shouldn't be wrestling, but homeboi has alimony to pay for.
