A month or so? He's serving 8 months (which should be more like 2-3 years for what he did) I don't care who's kid he is, he should be forced to do his time just like any other person.

his sentence is 8 months so it means he will probably get out after 2-3 months because for some reason what ever your sentence is you usualy only serve and a quarter to a third of it
