Never could get into Lord Of The Ring at all and even if I did would be hard to beat Forrest Gump.

Two Towers. It was the weakest of the LOTRs, but I cannot STAND the Gump movie. The book is 1.000.000.000 times funnier, wittier and more cinematic than that sappy junk Spielberg spewed out. Semi-naked actresses, gorillas, cannibals and space travel, FFS!

^The books are always better than the films...

Regardless went with Forrest Gump, one of my all time favourite movies. Tom Hanks made you really love the character. The movie was just touching.

It's too bad Tom Hanks's two best roles were a blueberry and a homosexual with AIDS, but at least Forest Gump had a feel-good vibe to it unlike Philadelphia.

Yeah the feel good vibe being it was actually a good film, whereas Philadelphia sucked. Also were you not a fan of Hank's 80s films such as Big, Spalsh, Money Pitt and the Burbs?

Big was excellent. Not sure if I've seen the others. I probably did when I was younger because I know my parents were pretty BIG on Tom Hanks. (c wut I did thur)

Haven't seen Philadelphia either recently, but I remember watching it when I was like 15 and getting really fucking depressed afterwards.

My favorite LOTR movie getting trounced by a goddamned blueberry. People talk about how all LOTR was was walking, well Gump was a blueberry running.
This is an interesting point. :p
