They aren't. Its as simple as that. Unless you are talking about the Dio version of Sabbath, then I would have to give it to GNR. Because lets face it, Sabbath without Ozzy is like, well, GNR with only Axl.

Did you happen to read any of the other posts?

And yes, with Dio, they sucked major dickles. With Ozzy, they are 1000000x better than Guns and Roses
