Maybe it depends on where you live idk. I know when I get a game if it says 59.99 it’s 59.99 exactly. Like basically whatever the price shows is what it is.

Actually.. been a bit since I bought a game. Seems in May, Kemp signed a law where now Georgia has tax on digital

IDK about anyone else, but I have to spend about $5-$10 on taxes for PSN games.
