I'm glad somebody else likes Evil Within. It got ragged on a lot, but I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was top.
Yeah, the atmosphere is what sold me
I would not mind a remake of sorts. I like the game, but its got some issues like slowdowns, glitches and whatnot. Great game though!
That was one of the best horror titles I played when I had an Xbox 360. It definitely did have some flaws, but super immersive and creepy. I liked the detective aspect as well. I remember really enjoying it. There was the second one on Playstation but it wasn't anywhere near as scary or good to me.
Although I am late to the party, if anyone is looking for a decent horror game still, Blair Witch is decent. Hellblade is also very good. Although Hellblade is not 100% horror it is still somewhat in that genre. It would more be a psychological horror I guess.
