GFX LEAGUE REVIVAL

Seeing as King just disappeared and hasn't posted any updates on the League, I will be taking charge for the forceable future.

Please let me know if you are still in the league so I can get cards up. Also should we start afresh, new records, vacant titles? Or continue current records and title holderS?

If you're gonna do it Joe... Start it fresh and possibly, rethink how the matches are decided etc.

Old system was floored and didn't work.

I was fine to get my sigs in weekly or whatever it was, so I'm fine to continue. This is almost always how GFX leagues turn out, though. The longer it goes on, the more changes and structure are put in place and things become complicated and tangled, I think that's pretty much why most people eventually lost the motivation.

Bumping this again, but presenting something different for the league.

As opposed to matchups and titles think it would be easier to just try a straight up Sig Of The Week competition.

Basically it would run weekly on a set day for entries being due and you would just throw up any sig new/old any theme. Could start it off with a few select people voting the winners and then could open it up members vote if there's enough interest.

Thoughts?

I looked over the thread after you made it and intended to get on it once i finished my requests and returned to work, but the theme is just so demanding. The Tennis theme with all those stipulations and mandatories? Make it simpler and easier to participate in. When it comes to tennis, I got nothin'.
