I remember when watching FCW and Tyler Breeze (Mike Dalton) was losing to everyone under the sun. He had good matches but they were using him to put others over. I was like "This guy is doomed". Who knew that he went on to being Tyler Breeze and then eventually being in an entertaining tag team for so long with Fandango.

Fandango is another that did well on surviving for so long. Felt like he was in FCW for ages as Johnny Curtis and then of course he went from there. Both guys really did well on getting the most that they would be allowed to during their run in WWE.

'Dango was around forever tbh. I remember him wrestling squash matches against people they were pushing on WWECW as Johnny Curtis. Then he won one of those early NXT seasons before ever becoming a dancer lol

Don't remember for sure but I think it was one of Dango's many injuries recently, hurt them in NXT too

Ah bummer. Yeah he got injured a lot. Didn't even need to actually wrestle tho. But ya I just have fond memories of those segments

The earliest that I remember Curtis is his thing with Derrick Bateman in FCW and then of course their feud in NXT. So EC3 has had two runs in WWE and been gone a year during this one run of Johnny Curtis/Fandango. Johnny Curtis in the old NXT was one of the best things of that show for me. The drama between him, Bateman and Maxine.

Well I just looked it up and all I see listed for him are Dark matches so I guess I was confusing him with some other jobber

Fandango was supposed to win the IC title back in 2013 when his music was super over with international crowds. He suffered a concussion the week before and never got that hot again
