We were all kids once, didn't go on wrestling forums and such, but some of us still watched wrestling at that super young age, where being a great technical wrestler or anything like that probably didn't matter that much.

To those of you that watched wrestling at a slightly younger age, who were some of your favorites? Especially some if they debuted you might not like as much?

For me, my favorite wrestlers back then ('95-'01 for me.) (Besides like Rock/Austin obviously) were in no particularl order...

Steve Blackman
Ken Shamrock
Legion of Doom
The Patriot
Glacier - Most underpushed wrestler ever, dammit!
Buff Bagwell
Vader
Ultimo Dragon
TAKA Michinoku
Crush
Oh, and X-Pac. >_>

Didn't really have any favorites besides those guys. Just liked watching the shows.

I always thought Kidman could have been a bigger star if they promoted him better. But when you're in Hogan/Russo land, people like Vampiro are the ones worth investing in, not him. >_> It's funny, 'cause during the Filthy Animals run, he was like the most over guy on the roster, even more than Rey. Then they took away everything that made him different...D:

Evan Karagias. I liked the entire 3 Count, but Evan was my favorite for probably no other reason than the fact that he was the leader. Even as a youngin, I was a "smart" fan, so I knew they were trolling the crowds. I found their boy band gimmick hilarious.

EDIT: Oh, and Ernest "The Cat" Miller. I didn't start watching WCW until near the end, so this was during his commissioner days. He was funny on the mic, danced, and had a bad bitch. What was not to love?
