Hardly. Paramore is not emo. I love how just because some of the guys in the band have their hair long and off to the side it makes them emo.

And Jimmy Eat World? How are they even close to being considered emo?

No, not neccesarily Paramore being emo. In fact, I woundn't consider Paramore's music to be emo, but as far as where I live, alot of people who listen to themhere are "emo scene" kids, and like to listen to them, while acting the emo part, so I just kinda put them in there.

And some of Jimmy Eat Worlds earlyish stuff was kinda bordering on emoish. But later it was more poppy rock as welll, which again, can sometime sgo inw ith emo.

But nonethe less, Hawthorne Heighs, American Rejects, My Chemical Romance, and those others he listed are definately emo and made for little preteens and posters, so those are definitive. Some of the worst bands ever...

And lol at Diesels spelling "Nerrvanna" and "Parramore".

MCR maybe but Hawthorne Heights new stuff is not emo. (older yes) And AAR are not emo in any way. Over half of my list of bands you bolded aren't even close to emo either. There are real emo bands out there you know...>_> Most of those were much poppier than emo...
