Lavezzi 
I'd maybe stay away from those type of effects, or most of them anyway. They're kind of you're standard Photoshop tutorial ones that seem to just float around different gfx places, there's so many better ones you could find. I do like the colour scheme though, and it does have a nice flow to it as Defiant said.
