I prefer the second one it just draws me to it but both of them are very good but i prefer the second

First off I think it's much too dark as a whole. That's just personal feeling. The text itself isn't very good. It doesn't blend in with the sig at all. I also hate the font you've used, tbh. There's way too much empty space, especially with nothing going on in the background. It's just very bland.

You seem to have grasped the basic concepts. Text is the main problem atm, imo.
