Definitely a game you'd play in 60FPS if you had the option I would think. Going from Bloodborne to Dark Souls was very eye opening, just a lot more smoother and snappier. I love Bloodborne but it was really rough at first until you get used to 30FPS
The 4K option is nice to take in the surroundings though

Anyone get access to the Closed Network Test? I didn't even know it was a thing that had been open and now I'm super bummed. Game looks amazing. Very souls-like of course, but with lots of neat new features.

Hope I have a PS5 by then though, looks bloody stunning. The graphics, crisp combat. God, I want it now. Inject this game in to my veins FromSoftware

Yea, PC version might not be a bad shout to wait for, but I'll definitely be getting it on PS4 if I haven't snagged a PS5 by then. I can't wait after playing the Dark Souls series lately, I need more

I'm looking forward to this after seeing some gameplay on YouTube from TheRadBrad. It looks amazing. I wasn't really looking forward to it like other releases until that. It won't be day one or anything but I am definitely going to get it.
I'm happy they are trying a lot of new things. It could have been very easy for them to default back to finding some way to make another Dark Souls game or Bloodborne 2, but they decided to do this instead
A lot of different stuff here compared to the Souls games, but retains a lot of the same core mechanics and gameplay loop that I enjoy. Usually I'm quite put off by open world stuff being forced in to games, but I feel like they've made it work here

Elden Ring has officially gone gold
FromSoftware is now working on the day one patch for its February launch.

Elden Ring will take about 30 hours to finish
That's for the main campaign: You can sink "dozens" more hours into it if you want to.
