I know who Lowkey is. He doesn't actually rap any more, he has temporarily gave it up to continue other endeavours. Lowkey was dope as fuck though, his Fire in the Booth is insane. His lyrics were even madder. He then began constantly ranting about US corruption which was educating yes, but to hear it constantly isn't what hip hop is about.

2pac used to always talk about corruption and what was wrong with society. It goes much deeper than Hip-Hop. Hip-Hop at its best exposes power. To speak against injustices and unfairness in society. That's where real Hip-Hop came from.
