He went on Stern to do PR for WWE after Kanyon told his story about being gay and being fired. Flair also called in to Stern when Kanyon was on and spouted off bullshit that Kanyon was able to refute easily. So Cena was sent on a little latter for damage control. He tried to bury Kanyon hard which is funny because Kanyon was a much better wrestler than Cena was at the time.

The thing that sucks is if Vince could roll with an openly gay character, they’d have stories to tell for years with Kanyon and they could have done an angle with Cena since his early character was a tad homophobic. Kanyon would have given Cena great matches. Made him look like a million bucks and put him over huge.

I'm looking forward to the Chris Kanyon episode. Was always a huge fan of his and was disappointed when WWE fired him for being gay.

On top of that, they had him dress like Boy George to get his ass absolutely whooped on live television. Not right.

I'm also curious to see if the energy is the same when it comes to not only Ric Flair that'll come off looking bad here, but also John Cena.

Are all of y'all gonna come for him when he tried to say Kanyon sucked as a wrestler to defend him being fired for being gay?

100% really fucked up to get fired for some shit like that and how he was treated is extremely fucked up on many levels.

Not only that, but more wrestler would have came sooner and actually be open about themselves. Honestly, I would have liked to see how Kanyon would react to today's wrestling with how some wrestlers are openly gay like Sonny Kiss, Effy, and so on

Probably. Kanyon was very good in the ring and very inventive, sometimes a bit too focused on that though... and as a "WCW guy" Kanyon sadly never had a real chance anyways.
I think there was also the problem that WWE burned themselves with Billy and Chuck around the same time... there was no chance in hell Vince would touch an openly gay character at that moment and we know how WWE works. ... I wonder if the DSOTR guys questioned Darren Young on this.

Uh yeah, if Ric Flair was made to look horrible in the PRFH episode, his portrayal in the Kanyon episode is gonna continue to bury him further.

The Undertaker will almost also definitely be caught in the crossfire. I don't see any way in which Taker will not come out of that episode with a somewhat tarnished reputation.
