Genuinely curious if anyone here has been to a AEW event, be it Collision, Dynamite, Rampage, Dark or house shows. Wanted to know what it's like, would you recommend etc. AEW is coming near me, but the problem is,. It's the same day as The Royal Rumble, I'm not sure if I really want to miss the Rumble for Collision. While I'm sure its a super fun show and I could watch the Rumble on Peacock later. I'm wondering if anyone here has gone and would say its definitely worth it

Maybe wait until the day of the show or something, see if there's card announced. Probably be able to get the tickets cheaper aswell.

If I was watching at home I would definitely watch the rumble over collision but if you can see the show live and then watch the rumble when you get home or the next day I would do that.

Unless of course you have 0 interest in AEW then I think your mind is already made up.

As someone who went to All in live, it was so fucking fun. Wrestling live is amazing

I went to NXT live this yea quite a couple of times until I moved lol. I used to frequent TNA Impact a lot . It's so weird going from a tourist spot to what seems like middle of nowhere here so not a lot of shows coming here except for what look like outlaw mud show indies not cool indies that might bring in big names. Appreciate the replies, if Skye Blue is announced, I might just say Fok WWE and go to take pictures and add her pictures to my very normal and not perverted collection of Gigi Dollin

Yeah I don’t think I’d skip watching the Rumble at home to go see Collision live. Maybe Dynamite, but not Collision.

But most sporting events are better live than on television. You will definitely have a great time and can catch the Rumble the next day.

Since I’ve yet to see a AEW Show live, I’d personally go. I think Mania is the only thing that I’d stay home for over going tbh, and this is coming from a guy who loves loves LOVES the Royal Rumble.

I wouldn’t miss out on a live Rumble experience for Collision but it’s up to you. I’ve had fun at the AEW shows I’ve been to and I’ve had fun at all the WWE shows I’ve been to, but I’ve never seen a rumble live so that choice would be easy for me.

Again, it’s up to you though I think. Whatever you think you’ll have a better time at.

Well The Rumble is on Peacock lol but I would like to check a live AEW of my list. So far prices look a little high. If they lower them closer to the date and announce names I genuinely want to see then I'll consider it. Just thinking I don't think MJF, Swerve and Penta are all gonna be there
