The Green Cities, obviously, adds the most towards getting rid of Garbage and Waste (in a better way)

Yeah rn I'm using Blaze's PS Plus to play free so I have no DLCs lol they also add a ton of scenarios tho

Yea, that makes sense then. If you should ever decide to get it normally, I'd say Green Cities, Parklife and Mass Transit are the most useful/fun DLCs to get.

Nah they're basic, once my solar station is maxxed out I was gonna add one

Yea, wind turbines and water tower are in the base game and the cheapest/smallest options for Water and Power

Small updates from playing today so far

• I finally figured out how to actually use the districts tool thanks to Looch's pic reminding me it existed and inconverted my industry on the north part of the map to be forestry so that's taking care of a lot of pollution
• Likewise I converted the retail area by my football stadium to be tourist related so it's a lot of hotels and restaurants now, looks way more fancy
• I established the harbor area to be leisure specialty but won't be building any retail buildings to utilize that for a bit until my demand for them gets higher
• I've started expanding my residential east, we'll see how far I get but I think traffic will be fine

I really wanna redo my harbor area and build it better along the shoreline but that will be such a bitch now due to what I've already done there reworking my industry to position the incinerator and prison different was hard enough

If you're gonna make it touristy you probably want to have some beachfront or something. Granted that may be difficult not sure.
