Not everyone has the same upbringing, reasons to do drugs. To think that way would be ignorant

so i have no sympathy for people who complain about being addicted to something when they were the one who chose to initially do it

I can assure you most people don't complain about being addicted to something. that would be acknowledging that you have a problem, and most people can barely look at themselves in the mirror and say that

Right, but part of making mistakes is dealing with the consequences. People shouldn't have to put up with your shit, the courts shouldn't have to take a lenient stance on you etc.
