So this is pretty much a general inquiry thread for the Canadian forum goers here (looking at you Deezy), but I have been looking at different graduate schools the last few months. For those that do not know my major is in medicine, and one of the schools I have taken a particular interest in is York University in Canada (obviously).

My question is how is the college education in Canada, and how hard (or easy) is it to attain dual citizenship? Do they have like an education permit to get into Canada?

All this and much more information will be both beneficial and appreciated.

I don't know about York since it's in Ontario and I live in B.C. but I've found the schools to be very affordable.

As for dual citizenship, this is from an official site.

"One can hold both U.S and Canadian citizenships but one must always enter the U.S. as an American and maintain allegiance to the U.S."

Only been there once, seemed fine.

It's just like any major city.
