Cain Velasquez in jail, involved in a shooting

Even if that all happened you can't just starting shooting people but I can't say I wouldn't want to get even myself. I wonder if Cain and his family tried to get the person arrested and they never found enough evidence and he just lost it from there.

from what I read they dude got off on light bail. grain of salt though, I have no other sources than internet gossip at this point and cant verify any of this

Yeah I mean with a lack of details it could still very well be Cain not much if a villain here IMO. Legally...the shooting part is still wrong in most every scenario though, but some shit like that would at least be more understandable

The Wanted Man
Yeah. I’d understand a little bit more in that case. Other than the fact he shot the wrong guy (I wonder if he didn’t know which was the person doing it)

The problem , if true n without more details , is he didn't shoot the accused, but the father. so that's not gonna be great look, legally speaking

I think legally he gets attempted murder regardless barring any other outlandish details we aren't aware of. And rightfully so, the reason being legit doesn't really excuse it, especially if this was his first course of action about it. I'd probably change my tune if it comes out that the level of child abuse was some really bad shit tho.

I just think morally if you're a fucking fighter how are you gonna pull a gun on someone that (assumingly, not confirmed i don't think tho) doesn't have one :lol

yeah can't say I know that. Personally would have wanted to beat him with my bare hands regardless

If the other dudes also had a gun and one was a legit child abuser then #FreeCain

Shit seems muddy tho, I doubt its that simple

In an update via The Mercury News, Cain was arrested Monday on suspicion of attempted murder after he allegedly shot at a man who was recently charged with molesting a close relative of his. Velasquez’s shots are said to have wounded the defendant’s stepfather.

His arraignment is currently scheduled for Wednesday.

The report continues on to state, "The accused man, 43-year-old Harry Eugene Goularte, lives at the home that hosts a daycare business run by his mother, according to a criminal complaint that charged Goularte with one felony count of a lewd and lascivious act with a child under the age of 14. Goularte was arraigned Friday, and a judge granted him supervised release, over objections from the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office.

Three days later (February 28), Velasquez allegedly opened fire at a car carrying Goularte, his stepfather, and at least one other person. The stepfather was hit at least once and is expected to survive. Police have not disclosed any information about the shooting beyond basic location details and their formal suspicion of Velasquez as the shooter."

Well, if all thats true then his only fault is that he shot the wrong man tbh legally he's probably in trouble even if he shoots the right one tho considering the law was already working on the case (probably poorly since he got a sipervised release tho)

well the gangstyle drive by is pretty reckless and dangerous to others so I think he probably getst he boo kthrown at him anyways, sadly. if he had shown up at the dudes house and done it there probably less repercussions. i guess hes lucky the dude isnt dead, and since he hit the wrong guy, ill be curious if they can even make attempted murder stick ? we need a lawyer

Pretty sure a good prosecutor could get him for attempted murder on the intended target and reckless endangerment or some shit on the actual target lmao
