This is better than the other one. the b/g is better, the PSD stands out. The only thing wrong is the text. Its just hard to read. I cant even make out what it says in the bottom corner. Im guessing it sasy Slash.

You should make Buu more visible, by either leaving him his natural pink colour, or increasing the opacity.

You should also blend the render, and use scatter brushes.

darker border would be better for it.
You could have tried another red gradient in bkg instead of using the exact same "red" color for both the psd and bkg. This is just to make the psd stand out more.
