It’s easy to bash your former employer once you leave(especially in professional wrestling) but Bryan Danielson has been a class act the entire time.

It is nice to see someone who left on good and happy terms. Not everyone does that(but I don't blame those who didn't for saying how they feel, honesty is always best). Bryan only left because he wanted to expand his horizons and wrestle more people, and places. So he surely didn't leave on any bad terms.

If anything, I think people leaving on good terms is the best kind of employees AEW and others would want going forward because it really shows themselves as a premiere destination and not an island of misfit toys

Agreed. It shows the person didn't leave because they was unhappy, just wanted to do something different, have new opponents, and new matches. Which really helps out AEW in the long run because it's like hey, things are fresh here, come on and join us and let's have some fun.
