Heathrow to Warwick is going to take you near on 2 hours give or take depending on the route the taxi takes. That will set you back rather a lot. I suspect you'll be looking at somewhere around the £100 mark

Heathrow has an express train service linking it with London Paddington train station. I'm guessing that trains going in the direction of Warwick will run pretty late
