That's what I'm trying to figure out right now. I'm inclined to say yes considering that they held the tag titles, but at the same time I don't want to include every single tag team that has just been thrown together for no rhyme or reason.

Maybe do Official Tag Teams (Team 3d, E+C etc.) and other tag teams (who have held the titles? or just partnered a lot of times.)
