Booty's Box of Oldschool Wrestling Stuff

So I have been going through my stuff and stumbled upon my box of a bunch of folders I used to make as a kid. Basically I would give each wrestler his own folder and then put pics I liked of the wrestler or articles about them in said folder. Most of them aren't really in tact anymore but I thought I would go through them and take pics of some stuff and post em in here and share with you what a young Booty did in his spare time...

I see a PWI rankings sheet in the lower right corner, who were the champs back then?

Seeing Ric Flair above Hulk Hogan makes my night. Dope stuff there, keep sharing.
Normally the NWA Champ would be the highest ranked as they were still the most widely regarded company in those days. What makes my day is seeing an AWA and USWA on that list, as well as 10 actual tag teams to rank!

True, although we're not far off from the fall of NWA.

As far as tag teams go, TNA is close to having a division again and I'm sure if you add ROH and the few ones WWE has, we could make a top 10 list again.

Man, looking at how highly rated Mr. Perfect was on that list makes me sad. It's a shame he never won the WWF Championship, and had to settle for being a two time IC Champion. Also it was always great seeing the Bushwackers were relevant in the 1980s. It's a shame they never got the chance to live up to their Sheep Herders days. They were always an opening act match with The Rougue (sp?) Brothers on the Pay Per Views. I know they were around the time when there were a lot of tag teams in the WWE, but felt they could have given Demolition a better match at Wrestlemania V than the Powers of Pain did.

Powers of Pain weren't a bad team they just were a little stiff...I do prefer the team of Haku & Barbarian though...

the Wackers were great vicious heels as the Hearders but had to be a comedy team for some reason in the WWF such a shame

I'd certainly be interested. I'm betting the WP 500 would be better than the PWI 500 that's for sure.

not so much do a 500 but just every month a committee of us does the top Ten for WWE, TNA, ROH, & NXT then do overall top ten and tag teams
