I'd disagree with Jake Roberts being IC Champion. The guy doesn't seem like a good fit for the belt. Virtually all of his feuds were personal. Whether it's Jake interfering in someone's private lives (Liz and Savage) or playing into someone's mind (All of the wrestler's fear of Damien), Jake wasn't a guy who's purpose was to win for the sake of winning. If he was going to be a champion, I think either the World or Tag would have made far more sense.
