"Die Hard is a movie that takes place at Christmas, but not something that you really watch at Christmas time like 4th said, its something you watch at just different times. In fact it's shown on TV other than Christmas time".

This is literally you "disqualifying it" but you can choose to contradict yourself if you wish

No where in there, do I say it's not a Christmas movie. How about we take from the next line shall we?

So, Polar Express gets my vote as I feel its more of a Christmas movie than Die Hard is.

For me to think something is MORE of one, that means I see the other as one, but Polar Express whole thing is about Christmas. So it's MORE of one in my eyes. THANK YOU FOR PLAYING.

I disagree because this is the third time I CLEARLY say lol, reiterate that i made a joke, and you get all pissy about it and defensive. then you had to add your lil "its getting old comment". maybe learn some context reading or talk to me, instead of once again assuming im being a big mean old bully to you specifically and start some bullshit over nothing. theres no reason to be this fucking defensive over a movie, but thanks for being an over senstive jerk to me for no fucking reason today on an already shitty fucking day, really appreciate it, and really cool of you. jfc

You're right there at the end, so I won't say anything else and just say sorry.

Pot's a great drug. It definitely helps people with certain things like depression, stress, cancer, etc,.
Alright, I'd like to hear your take, why do you think Die Hard, a movie which takes place on Christmas and has Christmas music on it, and is about a lone cop defeating a terrorist cell from robbing a multi-national corporation from their funds

is, in your opinion, a better Christmas movie than

A movie about a boy who doesn't really believe in the magic of Christmas being taken on an adventure to the North Pole via a magic train to see Santa and finally learn to believe not only in the spirit of Christmas but in his own beliefs, standing up for not only himself but others, gaining friends in the process.

I won't give a reason why you should pick Polar over De Hard - I just give you the reasons why Die Hard can't be 'disqualified' as clearly a Christmas film (and I don't even celebrate Christmas).

1) It snows at the the end of the film - which is typical of Christmas films

2) Santa makes an appearance

3) The soundtrack

4) When it takes place

5) The exchanging of presents in the film

6) The prize that John is searching for - is his wife - called HOLLY

Die Hard is definitely a Christmas movie and I will defend it to the death, I just think Polar Express is more in the spirit of Christmas than Die Hard. I dunno why that would be hard to understand lol :p

All wrong answers.

The only Answer was Alan Rickman.

Also I never said Die Hard wasn't a Christmas movie. :stephena: You're thinking of Blaze, who never actually said it.

You original post - involves you disqualifying Die Hard, rather than putting over Polar Express. But - clearly, that not what happend.

If you are 'disqualifying something' it is literally the same as saying something isn't a christmas movie. 6 and Half a Dozen meaning the same thing, even if the wording is different. People don't enjoy being called out, when they talk nonsense

You want to talk about what a post said. Let's see yours

"people saying Die Hard isn't a Christmas film, clearly haven't watched Die Hard "

Now, read what you said.

"people saying Die Hard isn't a Christmas film"

I never said that. So again, a debate happens over fucking wording someone chooses to use. But now you're trying to change the whole thing, and accuse me of being the one changing shit :lmao yeah, to me it loses because ones more Christmas than the other, that to me makes a better Christmas movie. But I never once, did what you said here

"people saying Die Hard isn't a Christmas film"

I rest my case.
