Best Champion in recent history?

WWE - Cena in 07. Had the best angles and best run of matches. The atmosphere was just electrifying on every ppv and tv show for him, whether loved or hated

WHC - Dave in 2006. Best SD reign IMO and most underrated.

ECW - Matt, nuff said

Tag - Miz and Morrison with both the WWE and World tag belts

Divas and Women - LayCool co-champ reigns with both belts, and the only time since Trish/Lita left and Candice got hurt the women's division truly mattered

IC - this to me is the trickiest because they have given the strap to so many as well as half pushes, But I'll probably say I enjoyed the run Jeff had with the belt more so than what anyone else has had since the days RVD was holding it in the early part of last decade

US - MVP as already touched on

MITB - Not a belt I know, but Edge did wonders for that case and making it seem important and a great plot device

IC title obviously goes to Orton in 03/04, doesn't it.

Brock lesnar and I like the fact that he was the youngest wwe champion in history

For the IC title I'd have to agree with Orton. he had top notch title defenses and held on to that belt for so long the belt looked like it belonged to him. It was tailor made for him. he made that belt look like pure gold. Second would be Shelton... not really for his defenses but for the matches and performances he put on while holding the belt.

US title... Miz is number 1. He made that belt look so freakin amazing while he held it and it definitely helped propel him to the top cause he just did so good as the champion. He did everything right and the belt looked good. Second goes to MVP cause he had a very good reign as well.

As far as the other belts go?... I dunno.

For US title i gotta go with Eddie, he was doing the Lie, Cheat and Steal gimmick and was having great mid card matches with Benoit, Rhyno, Tajiri, Cena and who ever was in the mid card for SD during '03 plus his feud with Show was pretty great.

On agree on Orton. His IC title run was pretty great. That may be my pick.

Drew McIntyre's IC title reign is underrated. He had a nice series of matches with Kofi Kingston that I'd say were better than most the overdone Kingston/Ziggler matches.

Thinking outside the box here but Big Show is prol the best tag champ in recent memory.
