They said they would fix him and they did. While it looks way better I don't think it will do well overall. Likely get like a 6.5/10 which is low for movies.

I'm my opinion, they waited way too long to do a Sonic movie... The quality of the CG is very reminiscent of the early 2000s and I believe it would have done much better at that time as Sonic was much more relevant.

But its possible this film could "revitalize" the Sonic brand
much like what happened for the Transformers in 2007
with their first live-action film.
