As we reported yesterday here on the website, next week’s three-hour RAW Supershow was earmarked for the 2012 WWE Draft at one point but there has been talk that the three-hour show on June 11th from Hartford, CT will be the Draft but that’s not confirmed. There has also been talk of not even holding a Draft this year because most guys are on RAW every week anyway and some Superstars have been switching brands back and forth.

-- It’s said that with the success of WrestleMania 28 coming out this past week, the chances of a rematch between John Cena and The Rock at WrestleMania 29 have increased as we noted earlier. As of this week, WrestleMania 29 is scheduled to be headlined by The Rock vs. either Cena or Brock Lesnar. Many are under the impression it'll be billed as "Rock vs. Brock" but that is not confirmed as of this writing.

The Extreme Rules main event with Lord Tensai vs. Cena gained 319,000 viewers for a 3.42 quarter rating, which is a bad number for the overrun.

Several factors will play into that decision, mainly where Lesnar stands at the end of this year, if he’s better for business over Cena and more. WWE officials are reportedly unsure of Lesnar’s future and how hot he will be come next January. While they originally wanted to have the WrestleMania 29 main event announced by now, word now is that it won’t be decided on until around November of this year.

Now to make this up for discussion .. After seeing the post as a fan whats better Brock vs Cena or Rock then answer from a business standpoint .

And thoughts on the draft?

I see no reason to have Cena/Rock II at 'Mania, so from both a personal and business standpoint, Rock vs. Brock is a much more logical match. It'll also have the most mainstream appeal any match at 'Mania has ever had, due to both guys being successful outside of the company as opposed to just one. Plus it frees Cena up to have a match against 'Taker, which we all know is coming eventually (provided 'Taker doesn't retire, which I doubt he will).

As far as the draft goes, fuck it. They haven't even pretended that the brand extension still exists so why should I? Plus, there's one man in charge of both brands now, so what's the point of him "drafting" guys to two different shows that he owns? The other day I read that Del Rio and Rodriguez had been traded to Smackdown for "future considerations" which made me laugh. Wouldn't that just mean Lauranitis was trading with himself?
