Jeff Hardy won the WWE title from Edge on December 14th 2008 at Armageddon. He lost the title to Edge on January 25th 2009 at Royal Rumble in a No DQ match. He won the World Title from Edge on June 7th 2009 at Extreme Rules in a Ladder Match. He lost the title to CM Punk that same night. He won it back on July 26th at Night of Champions. He lost it back in a TLC match on August 23rd 2009 at Summerslam. He won the Vacant TNA Title on October 10th 2010 at Bound For Glory in a triple threat match with Kurt Angle and Mr. Anderson. He lost the title to Anderson on January 9th 2011 at Genesis. He won it back on February 13th 2011 at Against All Odds in a Ladder Match. He lost the title to Sting on the March 3rd 2011 Impact.

Sgt. Slaughter won the WWE title from The Ultimate Warrior on January 19th 1991 at Royal Rumble. He lost the title to Hulk Hogan on March 24th 1991 at Wrestlemania.

Jeff gets my vote for his WWE title reigns, he was a much improved performer when he was champion at that time.

Slaughter was just the transitional champion so we didn't get a Warrior/Hogan rematch at Mania.

Jeff's first world title win was HUGE! I mean it was one of those things that you look back at and you're just like wow. Yeah he took a big big big fall but... he was still a champion to watch.

This right here. It was HUGE when he first won it, I marked the hell out. He was always entertaining, still is...

I find Jeff Hardy much more entertaining than Sgt.Slaughter so Hardy has my vote.
