i personally like 1, i love the colors on it and i like the slickness and simplicity of it. the second one is also great but i prefer one. i dont like how the bottom of the "KIRK" and the top pf the "HAMMET" meet in the bg, maybe try seperating them with a line. also im not sure how this wil look but on the red bg layer add a gradient overlay and set the opacity of it to 20% and play with the angle

First One.

I love these sigs they are simple but yet so great. I like the colours and the shadows of the first one.

The other one seems a bit piratey and to be perfectly honest I dont no who the guy is so he might be a pirate. but overall i like the 1st one.

There both great, but I like 1 the most. The color, and the backround look really awesome.

i think u r into vectors recently..

well, both look good, but i think it is less appreciated than the original sigs made, eventhough most of people dont know how much effort it take to make one of those..

as alhajri mentioned, try to play with the angle of gradient, maybe the angle of shadow? (1px wide) to the bkg layer. coz it looks kinda plain there in sig1.
