Dolph Ziggler was awarded the World Title on the February 18th 2011 Smackdown. He lost the title to Edge that same night.

Ultimate Warrior

The Ultimate Warrior won the WWE title from Hulk Hogan on April 1st 1990 at Wrestlemania. He lost the title to Sgt. Slaughter on January 19th 1991 at Royal Rumble.

Hopefully one day Ziggler will have a proper world title reign but for now Warrior was clearly the better world champion.

I can't even believe WWE even lets Dolph claim he was champion so I'd vote for just about anyone over him let alone a huge champion like the Warrior.
