Barrett won the title on the March 25th 2011 airing of Smackdown before losing it at Capitol Punishment on June 19th 2011

Pat Patterson was the first ever IC champ. He won an alleged tournament in Rio De Janerio, Brazil in September 1979. He lost the Title on April 21st 1980 to Ken Patera in New York.

Barrett has it all to do, whereas Pattison is already a legend, simple choice for me.
