Joe Jonas Wants To Hit The Road With Chris Brown

'We liked working together, so I can see it working,' Joe tells MTV News of his 'See No More' partner.

By Jocelyn Vena (@jocelyn1212)

Joe Jonas was once a curly-haired kid from New Jersey who sang bubblegum pop/rock songs about puppy love with his brothers. Well, he's grown up a lot since then. He chopped off his hair and, on his first-ever solo album, Fast Life, he's opening up about falling in and out of love.

And in August, the middle JoBro turns a very grown-up 22. So, what does he have planned for the big day?

"I don't have any birthday plans yet, actually," he told MTV News recently.

"I don't even know where we're going to be because we're trying to figure out a touring situation right now and it either looks like I'm going on my tour, my own tour, or opening up for somebody, supporting somebody on tour."

While his plans are still to be determined, he was sure of one thing:

"Wherever I am, there will be a party and it will be fun."

Speaking of tours, Joe was once rumored to be hitting the road with Britney Spears on her now all-female Femme Fatale trek. Those plans didn't pan out, of course, and now he's looking to hook up with someone else on the road. Joe even shared his dream tourmate with us.

"My dream list, wow ... I mean, doing a tour with Chris would be cool," he said of Chris Brown, who helped the singer pen his first single, "See No More."

"I feel like, musically, we both have the same sounds and we liked working together, so I can see it working."

Joe's album drops in September, and he told us that he's not holding back on it.

"It was scary in the beginning," he said of doing a solo LP, "just because I knew this is my one opportunity to show people my journal: the good and bad of every relationship I've been in, you know, [and] what I look for [in relationships]," he explained.

Who would you like to see Joe tour with? Share your picks in the comments!

Their fans may love them but if their record sales are anything to go by, their record labels will love them even more.
For Pop starlets Lady GaGa, Adele and Nicki Minaj have contributed to a 1% rise in the sale of music sold in the United States.
Find out more below…

Nielsen SoundScan report that despite the popularity of online music providers such as Itunes, physical copies of albums saw an impressive increase from 153.9 million last year to 155.million this year, even before the chart year has ended.
This is thanks to new releases by Pop songbirds Lady GaGa and Adele who broke a number of sales records this year with their respective LP’s ‘Born This Way’ and ‘21‘.
Rap sensation Nicki Minaj also contributed a great deal to US sales, as her debut project ‘Pink Friday’ was confirmed as being the third highest selling album of the year to be released by a female artist so far, with 609,000 copies sold between the months of January to July.
This currently makes her the highest selling rapper so far this year and the highest selling female rapper this decade.
Shifting 2,517,000 copies in the space of six months, Adele contributed the most to the sales increase with ‘21′ closely followed by GaGa’s ‘Born This Way’ which has sold 1,540,000 in just two months.
These sales make Lady GaGa, Adele and Nicki Minaj the highest selling female artists of 2011 to date.
Will Beyonce’s ‘4′ that trumps the records currently held by her chart rivals when the Year-End figures are released in a few months time?
Either way, it seems that even before the year has ended 2011 has already become one year music lovers will be sure to never forget.

Hot Shot: Christina Aguilera Shoots ‘Moves Like Jagger’ Video

As the age old adage goes: “you better get it while it’s hot”. A certain Christina Aguilera seems versed up in this, as she recently shot the video for new single ‘Moves Like Jagger’.
The Maroon 5 duet has been a surprise hit; owing much of its success, no doubt, to NBC’s The Voice - which Aguilera and the group’s leader Adam Levine judge and have performed on.
‘Hold It Against Me’ and ‘Telephone’ director Jonas Akerlund takes the helm of the clip – which the ‘Dirrty’ singer tweeted from the set of earlier today.

Hot Shot: Mariah Carey Parties In London

Diva Mariah Carey lived up to her billing here in London last night. The mother of newborn twins (Monroe and Moroccan Cannon) was snapped partying it up with Joan Collins (pictured) among others at a private function here in the nation’s capital.

Having given birth only a few months, the 41 year old looked undeniably stunning. We can only hope she kept it light on the drinks, for when she ditched the bottle during her pregnancy, her voice sounded better than it had in years. Just saying…

German bank pays Janet Jackson £11,000 a minute <!-- / icon and title --><!-- message -->
Events reached a peak when the late Michael Jackson’s sister was chauffeured from the West End to perform for the audience of bankers and hedge fund managers.
Miss Jackson, 45, performed hits such as Control, Rock With You and The Best Things In Life Are Free during her brief set – which cost Deutsche Bank a staggering £11,111 a minute. A stage and huge marquee were put up for the star’s performance, at a cost of £150,000.
Guests were also treated to culinary creations by Michelin-starred TV chef Heston Blumenthal who was on hand to ‘meet and greet’ the financiers upon arrival on Wednesday evening.
The celebrity chef’s duties – for an undisclosed fee – also included organising a team of chefs to make hundreds of gin and tonic cocktail meringues, which were cooked in front of guests in liquid nitrogen.

Janet Jackson is the artist getting the most private gigs this year..she has played a private gig in almost every city she has toured in this year..she just did one in monaco 2 days ago and london the day before... she is paid between $1.5-2million for every private gig

Hot Shots: Christina Aguilera Shoots ‘Moves Like Jagger’ Video (HQ Shots)

As earlier reported, Pop diva Christina Aguilera shot the video for surprise hit ‘Moves Like Jagger’ over the weekend.
The 30 year old teamed up with fellow ‘Voice’ judge Adam Levine and his band Maroon 5 for the track (on which she serves as a guest feature).
‘Telephone’ and ‘Hold It Against Me’ director Jonas Akerlund took helm of the clip, which sawLevine parade shirtless and the legendary Mick Jagger himself appear.
The success of the track, which currently sits at #8 on the Billboard Hot 100, is the latest home-run in Aguilera’s comeback campaign; a campaign undeniably bolstered too by the popularity of the ‘The Voice’ – which is set to return with all judges for another season.
