Hey guys, I'm heading out of town for the weekend to see the girlfriend and I won't be back till Sunday. I'll do a match tonight and another + segments on Sunday night but if I could get a couple of volunteers to write this week I'd really appreciate it :)

Also thanks for the promos guys! I got em all, really prompt and they're awesome, take it from me :p

PM or vis message if you can do a match. Cheers.

Sup guys. Got back a little while ago from my weekend away, was sweet.

Bit disappointed with the TT'ing tbh though. 3/4 promos is excellent (with another potential one) but 3 (with 4 likely by tomorrow) TT's out of 10 superstars booked isn't a top performance. Last week was the same scenario and it dragged me to feeling NO motivation to write the show. I ended up scrapping/merging matches.

I don't want that to happen this week but it looks like it will. 2 weeks of half/less than half participation isn't a strong showing for the brand so a re-affirmation of your interest would be nice via PM or whatever.

Show should be up tomorrow, Tuesday at latest as no-one offered a hand with a match or two.

Peace <3

Show won't be up till tomorrow, a few work things have come up and I've had to cover a shift today AND work all day tomorrow after I left the show last night through tiredness thinking I'd have today free.

More fool me.

On the lookout for a perm assistant to write 1/2 matches a week when I'm at full capacity and take over the reigns when I'm on-call for work or whatever the case may be. PM if you'd be interested in the position. Much obliged guys, I'll make it up to you next week and with the PPV on the 25th! <3

Hey guys, a big old explanation and some VERY important changes to CWF will be posted in this show. Read close because, as it's so late, I will be cancelling the Monday show and we'll be heading straight to that there Genesis! All the matches will be booked on this show and expect it tonight.

Seriously cannot apologise enough but I've hastily put into place a series of features that mean if my work are ever *expletives* to me again for what has been most of this week, there will be people to help out and get the show up :) Sorry CWF faithful! You know I loves ya.

Monday Night War! March 14th (17th?) Edition - Just A Hurdle...

A CWF graphic appears…

CWF.jpg

We're live in the arena! We get panning shots of the huge crowd, the announce team and some of the better and controversial signs in the crowd. The pyro goes off to the sound of Sick Puppies 'War' and when that subsides it's ALL crowd noise. Suddenly, before we can go to the announce team...

I'M BACK!

Here comes Management! Eric Bischoff, Jack Swagger, the Miz and Jeff Hardy all walk down to the ring with a line of security behind them. Hardy is just smoking, all kinds of casually, with Swagger grinning from ear to ear. The Miz is walking arrogantly close to Eric, talking in his ear. The three superstars enter the ring before Eric grabs a microphone and joins them as his music dies down.

Eric: So last week didn't exactly go to plan for us as individuals or indeed as a group....

Cheers drown Eric out.

Well you won't be saying that by the end of tonight because this is where it all changes! Last week was just a hurdle, this week we stamp our authority on this show from management level to superstar level and all places in between! Security! You know what to do!

Security line up at the foot of the ramp to protect the ring.

John Cena? HAH! John Cena has handed in his notice, John Cena is outta here, gone! We drove him out!

Heat from the crowd. They didn't love Cena but they appreciated his tenacity and work ethic.

And you know what? Last week after the show a certain Batista waited for me outside in the parking lot and smashed up my...er, car let's say? Who even really cares because that S.O.B is fired! Gone! We got rid of him!

Massive boos from the crowd.

And you know who else? T...

The crowd pop HUGE as Triple H's music plays out and he and the Rock step out onto the ramp! They look all kinds of intense as Hunter and Rock head towards the ring. Swagger, Miz and Hardy jump out and stand beside the line of security shouting trash as the crowd ramp up the heat and start a 'let them fight!' chant.

Haha, let them fight? Sure, why not! See I don't know why you think it's in your best interest Hunter to get involved against me..we could use you Triple H, you'd be a hell of an addition.

Hunter can be heard shouting 'in your dreams' over the crowd noise picked up by the camera.

You know what? Fine then, I've pretty much booked all my guys for the upcoming pay-per-view and hey, I wouldn't want you 'good guys' to end up teaming up so I tell you what. Shane goes behind my back to NOT announce some of the signings he made for this company? I'll let two of the biggest in this business tear each other apart! That's right, Rock, Triple H, you'll see each other at Genesis!

Triple H flips out as Rock just stands and smirks. Suddenly both men turn to face eachother and stare eachother down as Security moves up to shepherd them to the back. Hardy, Swagger and Miz follow security up the ramp to the top.

Well that feels like enough for now, have just a great ni-

GO!

Hardy, Swagger and Miz hang around at the top of the ramp, shocked, at the imminent arrival of Captain Charisma but instead he hops through the crowd and slides into the ring, placing the Killswitch on Bischoff and slamming his head down into the mat. Christian rolls out of the ring and scarpers to the back before any of Eric's cohort can come to his aid! The crowd are popping crazy!

JR: Ladies and Gentlemen what a way to kick off War! Welcome to the show, I'm alognside my usual partner, the King, Jerry Lawler!

King: And that was Christian giving the Killswitch to our General Manager, Eric Bischoff!

JR: I almost can't believe our shows keep starting like this...

In the ring the Miz tends to Eric, Hardy sits on the turnbuckle looked agitated and Swagger leans out over the ropes grinning insanely at Christian who has popped up wayyy up at a door in the arena. Christian slaps his chest and disappears to a big pop. Eric finally gets up to his knees and holds his head in pain before he flips out angrily and the guys have to hold him back from storming away. Swagger chills in the ring as Miz and Hardy help Eric to the back. As they exit the arena there is a minute or so of silence before...

WHOAAAH!

Rhodes music hits but he's not messing around and rushes the ring, tackling Swagger to the ground and pounding away with right hands! The crowd initially pop before they realise they aren't fans of either of these guys really and settle on a mixed reaction. An official seperates the two men as the bell hasn't rung and Rhodes is going at Swagger hard. The referee calls for the bell.

*ding ding ding*

Swagger lands the first right hand after the bell and this enrages Rhodes. He thrashes around the ring, pointing to his face and asking 'why?!'.

King: He's such a fool.

JR: Bless, first he gets screwed last week and now his precious looks.

King: Still, Rhodes can change the make up of Genesis right here with a victory, making the Intercontinental title bout a 4 way and adding another dimension to the already intriguing match-up!

Rhodes seems to have heard King and snaps out of his fit, locking up with Swagger. Swagger wriggles free of the lock up and goes for a belly to belly but Rhodes blocks it with a leg around the back of Swagger and elbows him in the head. Rhodes lands a VICIOUS knee to the midsection before he turns Swagger around and pulls his upper body back into Rhodes with Cody getting a grip around his head! We all know what's coming as Rhodes hits his patented Cross-Rhodes, all in one swift motion, and goes for the cover!

Your Winner via pinfall: Cody Rhodes!

Cody_Rhodes.jpg

Cody is on his knees and slaps Swagger before rolling out of the ring and heading to the back.

JR: Well he's done it! He's going to Genesis and Wade Barrett's title will now be on the line in a four way!

Cody gets to near the top of the ramp when the crowd boo the appearance of the Miz and Hardy! Cody is quick on his toes though and darts down the side of the titantron and to the back via another avenue, wrong-footing his pursuers. Hardy goes after Rhodes as the Miz heads towards the ring to check on Swagger as we go to commercial.

*Rosie Jones my friends*
----------------------------------------------

After the break the Miz is in the ring and has been joined by JBL before suddenly Hardy, his masked accomplice, security guards ands then eventually a beaten Jack Swagger come out from the back hitting Cena and Triple H with right hands and rushing them down to the ring. Obviously at a disadvantage already having been jumped, Miz claps his cohorts and Cena and Hunter have mere moments to catch their breath as Swagger and Hardy bully he time keeper into ringing the bell.

*Ding Ding Ding*

The bell rings as JBL and John Cena starts things off, JBL begins by grabbing John Cena's wrist and applying a wrist-lock but it isn't long before Cena reverses and puts JBL in a wrist-lock. Cena continues to apply pressure as JBL manages an elbow to Cena's guts before grabbing Cena's neck applying a sleeper hold. JBL drags Cena towards where The Miz is as The Miz makes a blind tag. The Miz steps into the ring before stomping on Cena's abdomen section as the referee counts to five. The Miz stops stomping once the referee is at four, The Miz then grabs Cena's arms before The Miz places his right knee in Cena's back whilst stretching Cena's arm. Triple H is banging on the corner turnbuckle trying to get the fans cheering for Cena, as the crowd cheers The Miz looks disgruntled as he continues to apply the hold. Cena slowly gets to his feet as he lifts his arms before holding onto The Miz's wrist as Cena flips him over but The Miz somehow holds onto Cena's wrist before Cena flips over landing on The Miz's knees. Cena looking hurt gives The Miz great advantage.

JR: Nicely played there by The Miz, showing determination to win this match.

King: I don't know, Triple H seems a threat here.

The Miz drags Cena to the middle of the ring and looks for a pinfall.

Kick Out!

The Miz argues instantly that it was a three count but is told it was two. The Miz then runs to the corner turnbuckle where Triple H is as The Miz looks to punch Triple H but Triple H steps off the apron quick enough before getting back up, grabbing The Miz's neck and slamming it towards the top rope. The Miz falls back as Cena gets up and lifts him up for an 'Attitude Adjustment'. JBL instantly gets into the ring and begins distracting the referee. Triple H runs into the ring as JBL hits him with a Clothesline from Hell. John Cena goes to deliver the 'Attitude Adjustment' but The Miz elbows John Cena a few times in the jaw. JBL fakes a 'Clothesline From Hell' before rolling out of the ring, enough time to distract Cena, The Miz sneaks up from behind and hits a 'Skull Crushing Finale' for the pin.

1...

JR: The Miz has done it, thanks to JBL distracting John Cena long enough.

King: It was smart, John Cena and Triple H didn't have that 'team work' going for them.

Winner by pinfall, The Miz and JBL!
The-Miz-after-winning-a-match.jpg

The crowd suddenly begin to cheer when they direct their attention to the titantron. What is shown is an interviewer, joined by the man that made his CWF debut earlier in the night - Christian

2larg2e.jpg

Christian is pumped, feeling the adrenaline that his big debut provided

Interviewer: My guest at this time is Christian. Now I'm just going to get straight to the point. Earlier tonight...

Christian holds his hand over the microphone

Christian: Look, I know what you're going to say, so I'm going to stop you there. Everybody witnessed me make my CWF debut earlier tonight, immediately putting myself in the middle of this ongoing saga with Bischoff and his pack of goofballs. The fact is nobody likes watching them take over this brand, beating up every superstar left and right. I am a man of the people, I know what my peeps want to see and what they want to see is Captain Charisma turning Bischoff and co inside out.

The crowd cheer emphatically at that statement

Interviewer: Well tha...

Christian: Whoa, hold your horses. See I thought I'd reverse the roles here and ask you a question for a change.

The interviewer is momentarily lost for words

Interviewer: Umm, sure.

Christian: Thank you, here's my question - when my peeps cheered loudly as my music hit, and I came down to that ring and "introduced" myself to our General Manager, did you happen to get a look at Bischoff's face?

Interviewer: No, I didn't.

Christian: No? Well, it looked something like this...

Christian and the Interviewer turn and look at the screen behind them. An image appears on the screen

Eric_Bischoff-1.jpg

The crowd all cheer at the image as Christian is shown grinning and nodding his head

Christian: I could look at that all day, but I have better things to do than stare at the face of a man that thinks Jack Swagger, The Miz and Jeff Hardy are supposed to be some formidable group everybody is supposed to fear. Bischoff hides behind them pulling the strings and they can't even get the job done properly. Really, it's embarrassing, and a classic example is what happened last week. We all watched Wade Barrett become Intercontinental Champion, but did he do that by kissing Bischoff's ass?

Christian shakes his head before grinning once again

Christian: Now that's enough about them, let me get a few more things off my chest. Something that I know my peeps would love to finally see me reach, is a point in my storied career that I have never gotten to, a place that has always eluded me, and that is join the exclusive club of World Champions.

The crowd love the sound of that, and so does Christian

Christian At Genesis, CWF will crown it's first ever World Heavyweight Champion. On one side you have Alberto Del Rio, a man that put me on the shelf for months back in the WWE, and on the other side you have either Chris Jericho or CM Punk. As far as I'm concerned, it really doesn't matter to me who leaves Genesis as the World Heavyweight Champion, because I'm going to be waiting on the other side for them, looking to wrap some gold around my waist. I'm done settling for second best, it's time that my peepulation and I are rewarded with what we truly deserve, it's time that I am that man that sits high up on the throne knowing he is the best superstar this company has.

Christian is very passionate with that statement, but it doesn't stop there

Christian: WWE and TNA are no more, CWF is the place to be, and I want every single man, woman and child to listen up. Whether you preferred me in one company to the other, in 2011 it doesn't matter. Every one of you must unite under one banner, my banner, your Captain's banner, as I take this company by storm. If you think you've seen the last of Christian, you've got another thing coming!

A high level of confidence has been instilled in the crowd as they watch Christian pat the Interviewer on the shoulder and leave the camera's view, cheering throughout this

I'LL BE YOUR END OF DAYS!

the_corre_titantron_gif_by_vintagemichaels-d3a749y.gif

The stage is filled by three men, who part like the Red Sea, to let the Intercontinental Champion, Wade Barrett make his entrance to the dismay of the CWF audience. The whole of The Corre in tandem make their way to the ring.

FebAni004.gif

Ezekiel Jackson steps over the ropes and puts his foot on the second, so Justin Gabriel and Heath Slate can get in through the ropes either side of Jackson. Wade Barrett goes up the steps and slides into the ring too, and all four pose for the cameraflashes and video footage of them. Wade gets a microphone and starts to address the CWF crowd.

_5B3Bpojhiku~0.jpg

Wade Barrett: Ladies and gentlemen, the Corre have arrived in the CWF! And on our very first night here, I led The Corre to our very first championship belt, but I guarantee that it will be our first of many. Everything that I said that we would accomplish this past episode of War, and what do you know, we done it. We have the gold, I got through every superstar in the match, JBL, Finlay, Edge, the list goes on and on! And although it does read "Wade Barrett" on the front... well... we have a little something for that. Ezekiel, the screwdriver if you please.

Ezekiel proceeds to screw the name badge off the belt, and with that, Wade slides his hand down his boots, and hands Jackson a different nameplate. The put that in place and Wade whips the Intercontinental Championship up on his shoulder. Jackson takes the mic off Wade and goes over to the cameraman.

Ezekiel Jackson: You get a close up on that bad boy, look who the IC Champs are!

The camera zooms in and the title belt says "The Corre".

Jackson: You see, The Corre is not a led group. Wade Barrett is not the leader. We are all as equals. So the management can keep booking Wade to defend that title, but at the end of the day, it's all of our gold, and we intend to keep it.

Ezekiel passes the mic to Heath Slater.

normal_SD_596_Photo_012.jpg

Heath Slater: Thats exactly right guys and girls. As The One Man Rock Band, and one quarter of your Intercontinental champion, as the rest of us do, we have a sole responsibility in making sure that that title *points at Wades shoulder* stays as property of The Corre. And when we have a job to do, as you saw last week on War, we will do whatever we need to do to get the job done! Wade told you all that the CWF was going to become a show all about The Corre, and the intercontinental championship is only the beginning!

Immense heat is being given to all four superstars as Justin Gabriel gets the microphone.

normal_WWE_Friday_Night_Smackdown_2011_01_21_HDTV_ x264-RUDOS_mp4_000350000.jpg

Justin Gabriel: It won't matter who is put in front of us, or who wants to try and stop us. Everybody will be going down the same road. You try and touch The Corre, and you will get struck down. It's way too powerful for anybody to handle, so all you need to do is accept that we are the running force in this company, we are the powerful unit. WE ARE... THE CORRE!

The microphone gets passed back to Wade Barrett who has a match at the coming Pay Per View for the Intercontinental Championship.

Wade Barrett: Now I know that Eric Bischoff wasn't happy with the result of us taking the title, and he's tried to put myself in this handicap match. Yes, you call it a triple threat, but lets not beat around the bush here, its two men, working for you, against me, all in the hope that you can take the title away from The Corre. But you see that won't be happening. There are four of us here, and if you think that there is any way the The Miz, and Jeff Hardy can beat me, never mind when the other guys are in my corner, then you are very much mistaken.

The Miz, he's just a little squirt who keeps saying he's awesome so much that he's actually started to believe it. And Jeff Hardy... well if I started reeling off his problems I'd be here until Genesis! But at the end of the day, you Eric Bischoff, have employed boys to deal with men, and at Genesis, you are going to find out exactly that first hand!

The group all raise their arms in unison and pose for the fans as we're thrown to the back.

the-corre.jpg

Backstage, Eric Bischoff is sat, ice-pack on head, talking to Swagger.

Eric: Jack...the Miz and Jeff Hardy are going to Genesis to secure some gold, we need some more power, we need to get the superstars out there damn well in line! But I tell you something, that Christian can't be allowed to get away with turning up when he likes and doing what he likes...

Swagger: Tonight, give me him tonight, I will make him TAP OUT, no doubt about it...

Jack, my boy, why would you get him tonight in a singles match when we could wait just one more week and you can teach him a lesson on PPV, no disqualifications style!

The crowd boo as Swagger smiles and we're taken to the ring where Edge is stood in the ring and his music is finishing.

Finlay’s music now hits to a pop and he comes out, all smiles, in his usual green gear. He bounds to the ring, clapping hands with the fans as Edge looks on, totally nonchalantly like he doesn’t care one jot. Edge invites Finlay into the ring and asks the official to ring the bell as quick as possible. Impatiently, Edge leans out over the ropes and demands the time keeper ring the bell.

*ding ding ding*

Unfortunately then as Edge turns around Finlay hoists him up onto his back and hits his finishing manoeuvre! Finlay with the cover!

Your Winner: Finlay!

finlay.jpg

Finlay’s music hits again and the crowd are in shock but cheer him on. Finlay looks down at Edge, angry for being taken so lightly, before heading to the back and we go to the announce team.

JR: Erm..well, we’re not prepared at all! That wasn’t exactly a slobberknocker!

King: It just shows how experience can win out and how CWF is giving opportunities to every type of superstar, young AND old, in the business today.

Del Rio's music hits to loud boos as he pulls up in his Aston Martin. Del Rio steps out of the car and mutters a few words. He then walks to the middle of the entrance ramp and implores the crowd to drink in his physique and regality as sparks fall from atop the titantron and he basks in his own glory.

images

Del Rio then walks towards the steel steps where he steps up and enters the ring demanding a microphone as he is given one.

alberto-del-rio-07.jpg

Alberto Del Rio;

My name, my name is Alberto Del Rio but you... you already know that! But if you've been blinded by the light, you've been missing out on the best in the business. I am undefeated! For the past two weeks, I have shown CWF exactly why I am destined to be the next CWF Champion, it is my 'destiny'! On my debut, I defeated a man who calls himself 'The Legend Killer', 'The Viper', 'The Apex Predator', but Randy Orton stood no chance when I made him tap out in under a minute. Ay, Ay, Ay... Randy Orton was eliminated in the battle royal, once again the man is no legend himself. He can try his best to defeat a superstar here but week after week, his name will come down to 'The Man who cannot defeat a Superstar'. It is unfortunate for a man to have such nicknames, but I, Alberto Del Rio, I don't need nicknames. In fact, while many people want to use nicknames so the world knows them, I have the world knowing me as who I am. I came out here two weeks ago, addressing the arena that I would be the next CWF Champion and here I am. Waiting for either Chris Jericho or CM Punk to face off tonight so I'll know who faces me. But, I am not afraid because Chris Jericho thinks we're all mindless sheeps and parasites but Chris, allow me to tell you something.

You may think I am not a smart man, but I am much, much more smarter then you could ever imagine. Those vocabularies you like to use, I'm not a dictionary. So while you ponder in your study room studying for new words, I stand here winning my matches. Just like last week, John Cena stood absolutely no chance. Two big named superstars and they're already at the bottom of the list. But you Chris... you've been Champion in another promotion before, it's something you have experience in and while I don't... I am currently the under-dog, but... That's not what I like to be called. So 'The Paragon of Virtue' Chris Jericho... While you may have the experience, there's only one thing stopping you from facing me and that is if the 'Straight Edge Savior' CM Punk defeats you. You see why the both of you annoy me? Chris, you talk far too much and you never shut your mouth, you're like a chihuahua whinging about every little thing around you, look at the big picture and you might see that it's clear, not only to me but to the CWF Universe that I am the next CWF Champion. But the problem with CM Punk, are you really going to come out here and tell me not to drink alcohol. It is a Mexican tradition to drink red wine with a meal that we have, it won't be long before I see either of you in the ring... I will fulfill my 'Destiny'.

Punks theme hits to huge boos as he walks casually out from the back. He drops to one knee and traces his finger along the floor before getting to his feet, a smile across his face, and crossing his arms before hollering and rolling his arm as he bounds down the ramp. Punk immediately rolls into the ring and begins bouncing on the spot awaiting his opponent.

Jericho’s music hits to a mixed reaction but predominantly heat as he makes his way out from the back, a smirk across his face. He glares at the crowd briefly before the smirk returns and he raises one solitary fist in the air on the way to the ring. He takes his time, eyeing up Punk, as he walks up the steel steps and climbs through the ropes. Jericho and Punk come face to face and talk, albeit calmly, to eachother as the official tries to get between them. Eventually they’re separated into their respective corners and we can get underway.

*ding ding ding*

Punk crosses his wrists and shouts ‘straightedge and better than you!’ towards Jericho before cackling like the madman he is. Jericho simply adjusts some wrist tape he has on and smirks before both men go to lock up. As they do, Punk knees Jericho in the gut and shouts ‘no way’ to the crowds expectation of a collar elbow tie up. Taking too long though, Jericho certainly frightens Punk by grabbing him by the legs and putting Punk on his back, teasing the Walls of Jericho. Punk wriggles free and Jericho backs off for a moment.

JR: Some mind games there. Both of these men are veterans in their own right but on the bigger stage? Jericho has the advantage.

King: That being said, Punk, even though I hate the guy, has shown a lot of tenacity and we know what he’s capable of.

Again, both men go to lock up and this time they do with Punk turning Jericho inside out with a hammerlock. Punk looks to drive Jericho into the corner but Chris puts his leg up and stops himself hitting the turnbuckle before shoving himself backwards and falling onto Punk as he goes to the mat. Still with the hammerlock applied it does Jericho some harm but it does force the lock to be broken as the official makes a one count with Jericho lying on top of Punk briefly…

1…

Punk lets go and shoves Jericho off him. Jericho shakes the pain from his arm but Punk capitalises and unloads with some vicious slaps, a toe to the midsection and some stiff kicks to Jericho’s thigh before a discuss right hand, the impact of which can be heard throughout the arena. Punk whips Jericho into the corner and follows him in hitting his patented clothesline and looking for the bulldog to complete the combination but Jericho throws Punk off at the peak of the bulldog forcing Punk to land on his coccyx. Punk cries out in pain before Jericho kicks Punk in the back, forcing Punk to a standing position before kicking Punk in the gut and hitting a neckbreaker!

JR: Punk showed something there with a blistering start but the experience of Jericho wins over as he turns the tables.

King: Jericho uses classic wrestling holds and techniques to great effect. That’s not to say Punk doesn’t but he spends too long showboating and trying to get a rise from the crowd!

Jericho goes for the cover, hooks the leg, but Punk has kicked out before the official can make a count. Jericho pulls Punk up by the head and drags him a few paces before Punk manages to get out of Jericho’s grip and he rolls out of the ring. Punk holds his neck but he’s obviously playing up the pain. The crowd boo at the stalling and pop ever so slightly for Jericho sliding out of the ring to meet Punk halfway round the ring but Punk was playing possum all along and ducks a clothesline before attempting the GTS on the outside! Jericho actually manages to get hands on the ropes from the outside and crawls into the ring through the second and third rope!

King: Ring awareness when you’re not even IN the ring!

Punk is quickly in pursuit though and spins Jericho round before grabbing his head and hitting a couple of knees to Jericho’s skull before hitting a scoop slam. Punk plays to the crowd and shows off the crosses on the back of his wrists before he begins to climb the turnbuckle, potentially looking for some sort of drop kick but Jericho battles up behind him, clubbing away at Punk’s back, and climbing up just one step behind him. With Punk on the top rope and Jericho on the second, Jericho ducks his head under Punk’s left arm and heaves him backwards with a super back suples! Punk crumples up and Jericho lands flat on his back, all the wind being knocked from his body. Both men are down for a few moments and the official is forced to begin counting.

JR: It’d be a shame for this match to end this way, a lot of mind games, a lot of psychological wrestling, a somewhat lost art.

Jericho stirs and crawls into the cover on Punk.

Kickout from Punk! Punk’s eyes widen as he tries to clamber to his feet and as he does so he wrenches on Jericho’s arm and twists it inside out before jarring it down, kicking Jericho in the chest and subsequently whipping him into the corner. Punk quickly hits a clothesline in the corner and wastes no time second time around hitting the bulldog that so often proceeds that clothesline. This time it’s Punk with the cover!

Kickout from Jericho and Punk is quickly to his feet, stomping away on Jericho who is trying to get to the ropes.

JR: Back and forth action in this, our main event!

King: You’d expect so JR, so much on the line for these men! If they win tonight they’re one match away from being crowned World Heavyweight Champion!

Jericho manages to get to the ropes but as he does Punk puts one big boot into the back of his head and drives Jericho’s throat into the ropes for the duration of the official’s 5 count. Punk smiles as Jericho eventually gets to his feet, holding his throat, and turns straight into Punk who heaves Jericho up onto his shoulders but as he does so Jericho slides down the back and rolls Punk up with a school boy!

JR: He’s god Punk’s damn trunks!

Your Winner and advancing to face Alberto Del Rio at Genesis: Chris Jericho!

rwtb0jericho.jpg

Jericho quickly rolls out of the ring and up the ramp with a fist held in the air as Punk punches the mat repeatedly! The crowd, already indifferent to the result, let out even more heat however as Punk’s expression eases to Jericho’s confusion. It all becomes clear soon enough though as Del Rio has appeared behind Jericho and falls to his knees to hit a low blow on Jericho!

JR: What was the point in that?!

King: Upper hand JR, he’s trying to one up his opponent next week at Genesis, it’s his destiny!

Having done so, Del Rio applies his vicious cross armbar submission hold and Jericho cries out in pain! No-one comes to Jericho’s aid, all of the backstage guys under the thumb of Eric Bischoff, and so the last shot we see heading to Genesis is one contender with a dominant upper hand over the other! We fade to black…

…but before we go we suddenly get a rushed camera shot of someone running backstage. He comes to rest just outside the slightly ajar door of Bischoff’s office and we hear his distinctive voice.

Eric: Why are we letting ourselves fall behind and be screwed over? Genesis…it all begins again.

We fade to black…

Writers Note:
Inexcusably late show, believe me, I know. Four days straight I worked longer hours than I was scheduled to at work. They're getting my notice in a weeks time so the jokes on them in the end. Suffice to say I'll be looking for other work though so to ensure this doesn't happen again, the man currently known as Chase Spencer and my boy Hoov have agreed to come on board as my assistants, both writing and as booking advisors, to ensure a show is never this late again. As I say, we'll go straight through to Genesis and then start afresh with the usual scheduled shows afterwards :) For the feast or fired, it's everyone who currently isn't booked including if I've confirmed your signing but you haven't appeared on the show yet. Battle royal style thread, no particular rules, just try and give everyone an opportunity to get one in if possible? Cheers guys and good luck! 8 days till PPV, make the most of it!

Sweet show Killz! I can't wait to hope aboard the CWF boat. I like what I'm seeing. I guess I'll be debuting in that Feast or Fired match. Looking forward to it! :p

I assume that makes me in the Feast or Fired match as well, I wouldnt be worried about the lateness of the show man, you cant help what happens in your everyday life. Storylines are shaping up good mate, keep them coming.

I'm a bit confused with what match I'm in at Genesis. At one point in the show, it had Bischoff giving Swagger a No DQ match at Genesis against Christian, but at the end of the show it says that it's Jack Swagger vs. Cody Rhodes. Would be great to know ASAP whether that's supposed to be Jack Swagger vs. Christian or if I'm in the Feast or Fired match.

Lmao that's just because it was late as sh******t (on my new nocturnal internal clock) Ak, sorry about the confusion. You're right in the first instance, Swagger's looking to take you out No DQ style and Rhodes is in the IC fatal four fay.

Prod my man losing in the finals is a mean feat, it's not going to mean the end of a push. There's three positive outcomes of feast or fired, one could fall into your lap.

And yep ants, that puts you firmly in feast or fired my friend, hopefully that match will come off well as a last second effort to make amends for the lateness of this show etc

Thanks for the comments.

Real fun show Killa. Don't sweat it about the time of the show either, it's perfectly understandable that it's a little late.

Can't wait for Genesis. :D
