E-Fed Signature

I basically want a signature of my e-fed characters. Check out the link in my signature for all their pics, names, etc. Now heres what I want. I want a picture of the character then behind them a flag of where they are from faded into the background. So it should end up looking kind of like four seperate characters merged into one sig. Heres the character reps and falgs to go with:
