No. A) if the guy was injured like that, the other guy wouldn't do the move 2 more times afterward. B) The blood stops coming out after a few seconds. As we all know, bleeding continues.

The ref looks like Michael Cole. Whether he was a commentator or a ref, he doesnt do shit lol.
