So ROH has announced a Tag-Team Ironman match for their show on 10/24. It'll be Shelley and Sabin vs The Briscoes vs Steenerico vs Davey Richards and Chris Hero.

I like the idea. I just think with those 8 guys in there, they are going to need a little more time to build up a good iron man match. I think 45 minutes would be best.

I like the Idea, I'd say 30-45 Mins would be perfect for this 4 team iron man match..

Has anyone seen New Horizons? I guess people are giving it pretty good reviews. Meltzer gave Black/Danielson 4.5 stars.
Not yet. I'll probably watch it tonight. Pretty much everything I've heard from different people is that Claudio vs Nigel is at least 4 stars, and that Black vs Danielson is the best match between them (With some people giving it 5 stars). Needless to say, I'm excited for the show.

Well, im seeing some mixed reviews. Personally i didnt feel it was that great of a show. Two four star matches, and not much else. Mainly the undercard was disaapointing to me.
I Saw Northen Navigations, and i have to agre with SP's rating as it was a top show from this year. Danielson vs Claudio was a good 4 stars, Strong vs Fuji was about 3.75++ Then Steen vs Nigel 4.25, then the main event was another 3.75 good fun brawl to end the the show. I rate it about 9.5 - 9.25.
I also saw Bedlam in Beantown, and the show wasn't bad, but wasnt up to par with what ROH has been putting on this year. Ibushi vs Richards was a great match 4.0 . Steen vs Necro was good but short 3.5. The Title was was alright. 3.5. Mostly 3 star stuff on this dvd. 8/10 i believe i rated it.

I have to say this.. Everyone needs to watch Death Before Dishonor. MCMG vs Steen and Generico is much better than people gave it credit for. The Claudio heel turn was flat-out awesome (As was the entire match).
Also, Shelley and Sabin deliver what might be the greatest line in promo history to Daizee Haze.

Yes, it was good. The first part wasn't that good, but Nigel vs. Claudio was pretty good and Bryan Danielson vs. Tyler Black was DAMN good.

Well, im glad everyone seems to like Danielson/Black. I was there live and i thought the match was pretty boring UNTIL the ring broke. Had the ring not broke, i dont even think it was a four star match. The crowd was dead silent for Black most of the match. I guess i thought they could have done a little more. Phoenix splash on the outside since the ropes were down. Don't get me wrong, both the top two matches were good, i guess i just had super high expectations. Different strokes for different folks.
I can't wait to see DBD VI. That looks to be a top show for 2008.

I'm looking forward to Steen/Genercio vs The Osirian Portal. I know The Portal had a pre-show match a while back, but I was wanting to see them get a shot on the main show. It should be a fun match, even if just for the interactions between Generico and both Amasis and Ophidian.

Looks great, Jerry Lynn/Tyler Black will be good imo. Tyler Black will look good if he gets the win, LAX Vs Briscoes will be alright but MCMG would have been better tbh. I like any Steenerico match so that will be good and AOTF match should be good too. Now, the Iron team thing will be a hell of a match, alot of great teams and 30mins to wrestle! I am going to Download this (I would buy it if I was able to)

I just saw the ending to Death Before Dishonor, and it looks like Marifuji has his sights set on the ROH Belt. Rumor has it, he will get his shot at Final Battle, although nothing is confirmed. Any thoughts of Marifuji being the one to knock off the champ??
The NJ card looks really good, and yet the Conn. card looks, kinda so- so.
Both of the upcoming Canada shows look pretty good as well.
10/27 there is supposed to be a "big announcement" on the ROH site...any idaes what it could be? I think it could be ppv related. ALthough tv/tna could be other options. I would think this has to be something noteworthy.

I'd love to see Marufuji getting a title run, but I don't see him winning. I actually think Nigel will hold the belt for a while longer and either come close to, or surpassing Joe's reign.
