I think that's even deeper than I was thinking bc I thought he just wanted to say he liked the match better lmao just saying the story phrase doesn't make it a joke unless there's a punchline for me but that's just semantics if I don't find it funny lol

oh it wasn't funny and like you said earlier, it's a just a meat head thing where they likely think they can insert punch line = funny. I also assume Cody and him are at the very least cool with each other having worked im guessing having worked quite a few companies together.
