Late stage capitalism in a nutshell. Soon there will be only 3 companies left in the US within 20 years, and we're all gonna suffer for it.

Mergers like this need to be banned. Any company worth over $1 billion shouldn't be allowed to merge with another company.

Maybe you weren't looking hard enough, I dunno. Mergers between major media companies are always bad because it dilutes the market.

Not surprising, there are bankruptcy rumors around WB and Paramount + isn't doing well.

When the Furious saga ends, I can see Disney grabbing Universal too.
