Are they technically unified? I mean do both sets have to be defended at one time, or would they do only defending one I wonder. Like could they lose the Raw or Smackdown, but keep the other?

They never said Becky had unified the titles. The match those women had at Mania was “winner take all”
Roman and the Usos won unification matches. Same as Jericho and Orton. They held 2 belts but it was considered one Championship
